What an amazing place! obviously not a theme park nor a place for little ones but how incredibly fascinating.

I joined my neighbours on a jaunt down to Bletchley as we had both shown an interest in going, so an hours drive later we finally found, if not easily and not overly promoted, the Bletchley Park. In fact it seems to be hidden within a construction site of a housing estate going up. Really planning! going around such an important site as this.......the suggestion is that the code breaking work here shortened WW2 by two years and probably saved 22 million lives. We probably should shout about it a bit more.

Getting around |
The upfront museum cost is probably typical, however it does mean you have a year pass to return again and again which on looking at some of the stuff we missed it probably means another journey quite soon.

Just in time seems to be the mantra of Bletchley, the importance of saving it came within a hairbreadth of loosing it due to the rotting buildings collapsing etc, wonderfully the huts have interactive exhibitions regarding coding and projected images overlaying actual desks of the daily routine there.
I, myself, loved it....... I am just so in awe of these amazing people. Thank you.
